Birthday Cake

Today is my little brother Pasco's birthday. We made him a cake for him using my step Grandmas recipe that she kindly came up with for my mum and step dad's wedding. The recipe is here :

We put Oreos in the middle with vegan butter cream and then put the other cake on top.

We then melted vegan chocolate we got yesterday (in yesterdays blog)and spread it on the top.  Then my step dad piped a helicopter on the top using the butter cream.

Vegan Chocolate

Today me and my mum went to Home Bargains and we got lots of vegan chocolate. The brand is Kinnerton Just Chocolate.

It says on it Free From Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Nuts. It is really yummy and there is a orange flavour as well! The best bit is they're only 19p.

The food when i went away

At the weekend i went away to a comic-con (comic convention) and all there was to eat was chips.  Chips, chips and more chips. The only restaurant i could eat at that that i didn't have to have chips at was papa johns. The other restaurants i could only eat chips at was burger king and there as a chip shop on the comic- con site. We went out to eat because we were in a hotel and we went to a restaurant and they had no vegan meals. So we went to a chip shop.They had vegan sorbet mango and lemon and had a amazing view. The place was Cadwaladers and i was really nice. We always go there when we go to Wales.
